The Allergy Zone XL1500 Ultra is a disposable, high efficiency pleated panel
air filter. Developed by allergy and asthma specialist James L. Sublett, MD, it is
designed to provide higher efficiency and better overall performance than other
home furnace and air conditioning filters. It is capable of filtering over 90%
of the allergens and other small particles in that same size range (2 to 10
microns) in indoor air. The Allergy Zone XL1500 Ultra has received a MERV
efficiency rating of 12, meeting or exceeding all other pleated air filters
available for use in the home.
