The HPW units, like all Jenny Gas Fired Units, were engineered with a natural updraft combustion system designed to function at peak efficiency using Natural or LP Gas. The modular design of the rugged chassis allows for the easy installation of various options and accessories and gives quick access to all of the units major systems.

The high performance and versatility of these heavy-duty stationary HPW units will make any cleaning task quick, efficient and effective. The units are ideal for all types of equipment, machinery, and part cleaning with pressure ranges from 750 to 3500 PSI and volume ranges from 2.3 to an amazing 10.0 GPM. The operation of a HPW Gas Fired Unit was designed to be simple and easy. All the machine's controls are located in the front panel and in plain view of the operator. The motor and burner switches glow Red in the Off position and Green in the On position which allows the operator to know the status of the machine with a quick glance. Options, upgrades and accessories are always readily available.

All the components and systems of the machine are readily accessible to make servicing the equipment simple and quick. The electrical system is housed in a large junction box and features a specially designed terminal board for all the electrical connections. Simply by removing a stainless steel cover the entire water, pump, and drive systems are exposed for ease of service. As with all Jennys, every machine is thoroughly tested to ensure it will pass our exacting test procedures.

Our long tradition of producing highly reliable equipment continues by the use of only the finest available components and manufacturing techniques. The combustion, heat transfer and control systems are specifically designed for Natural or LP gas service. The electronic gas ignition system is unique and standard on all gas fired units. The pilot is lit when the motor is switched on and remains on as long as the motor runs. This means instant ignition when heat is called for by the operator.

The specially designed gas fired modular chassis is made from 10 gauge material then powder coated and features a 5 year limited warranty. Components such as the float tank, coil casing cover, and machinery cover are stainless steel and like all the other parts, are bolted onto the chassis.

All the Jenny HPW gas fired units come standard with the following features; 24 Volt Intrinsically Safe Control Voltage, Nozzle (or Trigger Gun) Control, Over Pressure Protection, High Temperature Protection, a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Single Phase Units Only), 0,15,25,40 Degree High Pressure Nozzles, and 50 Feet of 3/8" Quick Coupled Hose.

Jenny Oil Fired Portable Hot Pressure Washers (HPW) feature state of the art engineering and manufacturing techniques. These HPW machines are packed full of standard features and built with the highest quality components, to our exacting standards, coupled with a limited 5 year chassis warranty to ensure years of trouble free service even in the most demanding cleaning environments.

These easy to use, heavy-duty, high performance, heated machines clean quickly and effectively and are ideally suited for industrial, commercial, and rental applications. Pressures range from 750 PSI to 3500 PSI and volumes from 2.3 GPM to 5.0 GPM.

The HPW's, like all Jenny Oil Fired units, incorporate Jenny's Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner System which features 18,000 Volt Wing Nut Removable Twin Electrode Ignition System, Belt Driven 6" Diameter x 4" Wide Blower System driven off the Main Drive Motor, Adjustable Air Intake, and a Belt Driven 200 PSI 3.0 GPH Fuel Pump. This constant duty burner system allows for clean and efficient combustion of Kerosene, Diesel, #2 Home Heating Oil, or JP-4 Jet Fuel.

Jenny's Hot Pressure Washers like all Jennys are very easy to operate. All of the machine controls are centrally located on the front panel in full view of the operator. Both the Motor and Burner switches are 24 Volt and lighted Red in the Off position and Green in the On position. This ensures the operator will always know the status of the machine at a glance. Many of the options available for the HPW units are simple bolt on kits which allow for easy upgrades.

The units were designed to allow for easy access to all of the machines major components. The burner and pump are both easily removed with a couple bolts and fittings. The air and fuel components are located underneath the pump for easy access. The electrical system is located within a large, easily accessible electrical junction box. All of the electrical connections are made at a specially designed terminal board. The water control system is centrally located on a manifold block assembly inside the main chassis. As with all Jenny machines, parts and accessories are always readily available.

The pump is a high pressure, belt driven, oil bath, ceramic plunger pump. At the heart of the combustion system of all Jenny Oil Fired units is our specially designed Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner System.

The heavy-duty, powder coated, 10 gauge steel, modular chassis was designed for years of rugged and punishing use and features a long, low, sleek profile that can fit through a commercial doorway. The chassis also features a 5 year limited warranty. All components such as the coil casings, stainless steel float tank, fuel tank, optional solution tank, back panel, and front control panel are bolted on to the chassis.

All Jenny HPW units come standard with a 24 Volt Intrinsically Safe Control Voltage System. They also feature as standard: Nozzle (Trigger Gun) Control, Over Pressure Protection, High Temperature Limit Protection and a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Single Phase Units Only).

The factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed from date of sale.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period.

For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water.

The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product.
