The 1700 Auto / Continuous Fill Feature

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 is the first compact and ultra portable heated carpet / upholstery extractor and wet/dry vacuum that has the capability of not running out of water! You can attach the included 50' filler hose to a water faucet and have a continuous water flow. The Durrmaid CCX 1700's 50' filler hose can also be attached to the included 5 gallon bucket, a 55 gallon drum, a mobile water tank or any clean water source. This exceptional feature eliminates the refilling of the solution tank and greatly increases the productivity of the user.

The 1700 Continuous Discharge Feature

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 comes standard with a 50' clear discharge hose. You can extend the discharge hose to any desired container. Included with your CCX 1700 is an additional 5 gallon heavy-duty bucket or you can attach the discharge hose to any type of laundry tub, slop-sink, car wash mat, or any large container. The Auto Discharge feature enables the user to work uninterrupted and dramatically increases cleaning productivity.

Large Extractors Are Eliminated

Portable extractor users, auto and boat detailers, carpet and upholstery cleaners, often find that the time spent to fill-up and empty both of their extractor water tanks hurts their productivity. Purchasing a larger full size extractor with large solution and recovery tanks is not always affordable and can take up way too much room. A full size extractor can also be cumbersome to transport and move. Besides being light-weight and compact in size, our new Durrmaid CCX 1700 comes standard with features that you will typically only find in larger commercial units. The 200 psi pump, the 9 PEAK HP vacuum system along with the 1500 Watt heater are superior than most other larger and more expensive extractors on the market. The Durrmaid CCX 1700 only weighs 25 pounds and can be easily carried and stored.

The 1700 Heating System

The Durrmaid CCX 1700's heating system is the one of the hottest and most efficient for a portable carpet and upholstery cleaning system. It will maintain a temperature of approx. 193 degrees Fahrenheit during normal constant use. Once this unit is heated it maintains maximum temperature until you are finished using it. Most other extractors start out hot but drop 20 to 30 degrees when in use. Higher constant water temperatures give you superior cleaning results and faster drying times.

Extractor & Wet / Dry Vacuum Combination

The Durrmaid CCX 1700 has a powerful vacuum feature standard. We include all the necessary vacuum tools to pre vacuum the vehicle prior to extracting. This feature is not just an after-thought but it will eliminate the need for having a separate vacuum cleaner. You actually can do a quick vacuuming first and then while extracting you can vacuum-up any fine debris that may have been missed. A reusable nylon filter bag is attached to capture all of the debris to keep your discharge container cleaner. The CCX 1700 vacuum has a powerful suction rating and is equivalent to 9HP/100 CFM. Most extractors on the market will not allow you to vacuum while extracting, they are simply not designed with that feature. The CCX 1700 will save you time by giving you the ability to vacuum and extract with one unit. No need to buy a separate wet/dry vac. Not only will this unit save you storage space because of its compact design; it also greatly increases your cleaning production.

220V Available - The Durrmaid CCX 1700 is also available in 220 volts (at no additional cost). If your generator or power source has a 220V outlet you may want to order your CCX 1700 for 220V instead of 110V. The 220V option cuts your power consumption by 50%. The 220V unit can be used Internationally.
